These collars are the well-known “Beastie Band” cat safety collar made by TwinCat USA. The collar is 1/2″ wide and ships with our “mini” slide-on tag. IMHO these are the best cat safety collars made. They close with Velcro, the material is a soft neoprene which stretches if stressed but is not so elastic that the collars fall off at, “the drop of a hat.”

Beastie Band Collars are cut to fit, so the neck size you indicate is not crucial. They can be adjusted to fit necks from 5 to 11.5 inches. When received, merely cut off the excess material to fit your cat’s neck. For kittens, you can leave some excess and thus the collar can be adjusted to fit as your new friend grows.
