Our Military Style Tags are made of non-magnetic stainless steel. These tags are 2″ x 1-1/8″ and are too thick to be bent with your fingers. The tag is engraved, not embossed or stamped. The tag can be engraved front and back with any text you enter in the fields (up to 5 lines on a side).

This is a very high quality tag, excellent as personal medical information alert tags. They are the same shape as “authentic” military tags but made using thicker (.060) – surgical grade stainless steel.

If desired, each tag comes with a 24″ steel ball chain (no longer the chain currently pictured on the site). If you would like a chain, please select the “chain” option below. If the tag is for pet id, a keyring or other purpose, you may decline the chain and select a split ring or S hook.

The front side has Medical Graphic (caduceus) and the stock medical alert text shown in the example graphic. The back side has any text you enter in the fields – up to 5 lines.
